  • We make use of Request for Information and Contemplated Change Order processes so you and our partners know of any inquiries involving project changes and any costs associated with them.

3. Meticulous Planning

Before we even think about setting foot on the job site, we make sure everyone involved knows exactly what to expect, even when the unexpected happens. We meticulously plan and map out every detail of your project so that you and everyone involved is on the same page from day one.

  • Each project starts with a preconstruction meeting between property owners and consultants to get everyone aligned with the project schedule.
  • We update the project schedule every month and any alterations are reviewed with suppliers, sub-trades and you.
  • If any cost challenges come up, we address them with property owners and their advisors right away and offer solutions that work for all parties.
  • We communicate directly with individual occupants in residential and office buildings to keep them advised about construction in their building and in-suite work.
