Wedgewood Villa

This 28 unit condominium complex on the Vancouver/ Burnaby border underwent a partial envelope repair to the four exterior elevations. Initial repairs involved substantial structural repairs to secure the hung bays and balconies. Extensive specialty membranes were used at the base of walls to address water ingress from concrete curbs, planters and the parkade slab.
