Air China

This project included a full building envelope rehabilitation to Air China’s residential building in Richmond and exterior waterproofing to the large courtyard area. Construction included a new roof, new windows, repairs to balconies, new siding and a massive structural upgrade.

Meeting the extremely tight deadlines of this project was the largest challenge. This building housed Air China’s staff, flight crew, and pilots and they wanted minimal disruption of their crews. Silex was successful in meeting their tight schedule requirements.
