Eton Villa

This building received a complete building envelope rehabilitation and a new SBS roof as well as structural upgrades to the framing at all exterior balconies and enclosed decks. Silex was able to work with the designer, owners and occupants to modify some of the original plans to provide a more modern looking finish and façade within the original budget and schedule while retaining the extensive and mature perimeter landscaping.
