El Cid Tower Restoration

Along with a complete concrete restoration to this 28-floor hi-rise tower, our work also featured complete window replacements, exterior finishing, and repairs on the building’s 208 balconies.

This project included slab edge replacement, numerous repairs to deteriorating balcony top surfaces, balcony soffits, vertical/columns, interior soffits, window slabs, and ribbed verticals, and supply & install Vulkem 350/351 Pedestrian Traffic Deck Membrane to all 208 suspended slab balconies. These repairs included a full replacement of a 26th floor balcony slab and rebar replacement limited by swing stage access.
