Ford Housing Coop

This building envelope rehabilitation project involved a number of major upgrades to a 4-story, 60-unit condo complex and 50 townhouses. The project included complete seismic upgrades, roofing replacement, new wall cladding, window and door replacement, and complete domestic re-piping in all units.
