Silex provided a new EIFS exterior stucco system to this 11 story tower in 2 phases. Substantial reframing was required to mitigate the deficiencies of the original construction. As the building was fully occupied by subsidized seniors there were constant challenges for access to units to complete mould remediation, window and door installations and interior finishing.
