Newport Quay

Newport Quay was a two phased project. The first phase included a new SBS Roof with a complete re-sloping package, new fall arrest and anchor system, additional drainage and electrical upgrades. It also included the repair and resurfacing of most of the north and all of the east elevation.

Phase 2 work included a new rain screen stucco system on the south elevation along with all new aluminum windows, new metal roofing and selective repairs to the exterior stucco on the entire west elevation and the remainder of the north elevation. All metal roofing, vents, scuppers and grilles were replaced.
