This complete building envelope rehabilitation project required a number of upgrade on this 12-floor, 158-unit condo building located on False Creek in Vancouver, B.C. Our work included restoring all exterior walls and balconies, installing new deck membranes, window and door replacement, glazed canopies, and interior repairs.
