Pepper Ridge

This three building complex overlooking Granville Island was reclad with Ceraclad and required substantial rot repair and reframing due to extensive water ingress and poor initial construction. Every elevation and the entire courtyard was addressed in a comprehensive plan that included roof top decks, enclosed balconies, covered walkways, patios at and below grade as well as skylights and new powder coated staircases.
