The Ridgemont

This small condominium development in East Vancouver was reclad in metal siding and involved the lifting of an unsupported sagging corner of the building to stabilize the structure. The entire parkade slab was waterproofed as part of the project and the landscaping, fences, patios and lawns were reinstated.
