Tamarack Terrace

This Social Housing complex in the Vancouver suburb of Coquitlam was given a complete envelope upgrade, along with extensive upgrades to the mechanical systems, ventilation, and utilities connections. Substantial water damage in a number of units required comprehensive repairs while allowing the occupants to retain residency. Very careful communication and tight coordination with all stake holders was essential to gaining cooperation and completing the work.

The concrete repair portion of the project included liquid perimeter waterproofing installation, grinding all surfaces clean, supply and install Bakor Aqua Block 770, reinforced membrane system and supply & install drainage matting.
