The Fountains

Silex completed this five building complex with an extensive update of the exterior façade. The site was experiencing substantial water ingress above, at and below grade that required substantial modifications to the water management and drainage systems. A number of the units required extensive interior repairs at bathrooms, kitchens and other sensitive spaces while fully occupied.
