Hall Tower 1 & 2

The 16 story and 18 story hi rise towers were direct managed facilities overseen by BC Housing.

This project involved the replacement of single glazed aluminum windows and doors with state of the art, thermally broken double glazed aluminum windows, sliders and swing doors.  This included mold & mildew abatement, waterproofing, and re-instatement of all interior finishes.

This project also included repairs to 145 balconies including the grinding of the concrete, application of a new traffic membrane, as well as, other concrete repairs.
