This 60 unit Social Housing complex was given a complete envelope retrofit and 17,000 sq ft of new SBS roofing, including rooftop patio and walkways, new balcony membranes, and face mounted railings. Roof top level glazed canopies, new windows and doors were also installed. Silex was able to accommodate the repair of a fire damaged unit and stay on the original schedule.
